Ocean Mindfulness Meditation
Today I have a wonderful meditation for you to try.
It’s called Ocean Mindfulness and it’s a great way to develop peace of mind and acceptance of the present moment. This meditation is great for beginners AND experienced meditators alike. It helps us develop presence and inner body awareness.
There’s no need for rigid focusing or trying to stop your thoughts with this meditation! Just allow everything to happen as it does and welcome whatever arises in your awareness.
